HOLD HARMLESS AGREEMENT

I, the Purchaser, being above age 18 and mentally competent, agree to all terms as follows: As the seller, RS Inspired Solutions LLC (also known as CamperPlans.com) is not liable for any actions resulting from the use or misuse of these plans and products created from them. Buyers assume all liability and responsibility for all usage of these plans and products created from them. By purchasing you agree to release RS Inspired Solutions LLC from all liability, claims, losses or damages that may arise from the use of these plans and products created from them. By purchasing you agree to indemnify and hold harmless RS Inspired Solutions LLC from any litigation expense, loss, liability, damage, attorney fees, or any other costs which may incur as a result of such claims. Warning: Owning, operating, towing, building, modifying and using these plans and products created from them presents inherent risks including but not limited to, potential financial loss, injury and even death. Buyer/purchaser assumes all such risks and all responsibility for losses, costs, injuries and damages incurred as a result of usage of these plans and products created from them.

I acknowledge and understand that owning, maintaining, using or building products from these plans can be hazardous and dangerous. I understand that these activities can result in serious injury to the person and damage to property and voluntarily assume any and all risks of loss, damage or injury while building products from these plans.

I am aware of the risks, hazards and dangers of personal injury, death and disability inherent with any and all activities possible with use of these plans.

I hereby agree to release and forever discharge RS Inspired Solutions LLC and its agents, servants, employees, officers, directors, trustees, owners and all other persons or entities acting on their behalf, from any and all claims, actions, damages, liability, costs or expenses and attorney fees which are related to, arise out of, or are in any way connected to my participation or use of these plans, whether or not such claims, actions, damages, liability, costs or expenses are caused by the negligence of the Seller listed above.

By this Agreement, it is my intention to surrender and waive any rights to sue or exercise any legal right to seek damages from RS Inspired Solutions LLC and their agents, servants, employees, officers, directors, trustees, owners and all other persons or entities acting on their behalf.

This Agreement shall be effective and binding upon my heirs, agents, personal representatives, members of my family, spouse, friends and assigns.

I hereby certify that I am over 18 years of age. I have carefully read the foregoing and acknowledge that I understand and agree to all of the above terms and conditions. I have had the opportunity to ask any and all questions regarding this agreement and the effect of the same. I am aware that by purchasing these plans I assume all risks and waive and release certain substantial rights that I may have or possess. I therefore release all liability and waive any and all rights I may have with the above item. Should any part of this agreement be declared unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining parts or paragraphs shall remain in full force and effect.
